Aluminum honeycomb panels utilize a sandwich composite structure:
Face/Base Plate: Made of 3003/5052 series high-strength aluminum alloy sheet, with surface treatments including fluorocarbon coating and polyester varnish, offering weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning.
Core Layer: The center consists of a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core (aluminum foil thickness 0.04–0.06mm), roll-formed from aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring structural stability and uniform stress distribution.
Composite Process: Employs a two-component, high-temperature curing polyurethane adhesive, hot-pressed for strong adhesion, preventing delamination and deformation.
