Core Materials

Main Material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is the core raw material, combined with environmentally friendly fillers such as resin powder and stone powder. It is formaldehyde-free, benzene-free, and heavy metal-free, meeting E1 grade and international environmental certifications (such as GREENGUARD and FloorScore).

Structural Composition: Multi-layer composite structure, from surface to base layer:

UV Abrasion-resistant and Stain-resistant Layer: Surface UV-cured, stain-resistant and easy to clean, no need for frequent waxing.

Transparent Abrasion-resistant Layer: Thickness 0.3–0.7mm (commercial ≥0.55mm), abrasion resistance up to 300,000 revolutions, durable for 5–10 years.

High-definition Printing Layer: Recreates the texture of solid wood, stone, carpet, etc., with high simulation.

Glass Fiber Stabilizing Layer: Enhances dimensional stability, thermal expansion and contraction rate ≤0.15%, not easily deformed or arched.

Dense Elastic Base Layer + Self-adhesive Backing: Comes with self-adhesive/magnetic backing, glue-free and nail-free, direct installation; good base layer elasticity, comfortable underfoot.
